Alvin Scioneaux Jr. is an accomplished individual with a wealth of diverse experiences that have shaped his journey. Born and raised in St. John Parish, Louisiana, a stone's throw from New Orleans, Alvin emerged as the third of eight siblings. With a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, he has made significant contributions as an Aerospace Engineer.
Alvin is also a gifted public speaker who frequently travels to various schools and programs, interacting with people from all walks of life. He was an All-American student-athlete who majored in Physics at Wofford College and played as a linebacker for the LA Chargers in the NFL. Alvin's passion for philanthropy led him to work as a fitness coach, model, and actor before transitioning into his current role as an executive member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.
Throughout his journey, Alvin has maintained a deep-seated love for real estate. He began his investing career at a young age, honing his skills by working alongside his parents and managing their portfolio of properties in Southeast Louisiana. With years of experience under his belt, Alvin has built a robust real estate portfolio, amassing millions of dollars in property assets.
Today, Alvin serves on the executive board of the NFLPA and is the CEO/Founder of Imperium Fortune and Financial Athlete Capital. He has created a thriving community of successful investors with a wealth mindset, focused on real estate and beyond. Sahar Hassanzada, Esq. is a real estate entrepreneur and

Before moving to the Golden State, Sahar was born in Afghanistan and grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. As a result, she learned to speak Dari and German fluently. Sahar obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the California State University, Fullerton. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in Downtown San Diego, where she was awarded the Murray L. Galinson Memorial Scholarship and inducted into the Public Service Honors Society and Pro Bono Honors Society.
In her practice, Sahar handles all aspects of family law and asset protection and has considerable experience representing clients in high-conflict cases including divorce, complex custody matters, intricate business valuation and income determination, child support, spousal support, asset and debt division, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, family law mediation, and trust and estate planning. Sahar is also very active in the Orange County legal community. She is on the board of the Orange County Young Lawyers Division, the Public Law Society, and a member of the Robert A. Banyard Inn of Court.
